Like most people, I like a gourmet meal once in a while. What I really would like is for someone to buy me a gourmet meal. But that will never happen as you and me, the taxpayers, seldom treat ourselves to gourmet meals. However, we buy gourmet meals for people we have never met. America. What a country?
